MEET-ACT
Student Policies and Procedures
These policies apply to applicants and students registering for courses, qualifications, workshops, assessments and related services offered or administered by MEET-ACT. Application, payment, access or attendance confirms acceptance of the applicable terms.
Registration and Enrollment
Students must provide accurate information, authentic documents and current contact details. Enrollment is confirmed only after admission conditions, documentation and required payment are completed. Attendance failure does not automatically cancel enrollment or payment obligations.
Quality and Assessment
Assessment follows the applicable programme and awarding-body requirements. Registration and payment do not guarantee a pass, grade or certificate. Academic misconduct may lead to investigation, resubmission, failure, suspension or reporting to the awarding body.
Refunds
Standard refund eligibility follows the published refund policy. Exceptional or out-of-timeline requests are reviewed exclusively by the Finance Head, remain discretionary and have no guaranteed review or payment timeline.
Certificates
Certificates are released after academic, quality, identity and financial requirements are complete and, where applicable, after receipt from the awarding body. Link to full Certificate Issuance and Shipment Policy.
