Certificate Issuance and Delivery
Completion of classes does not mean that a certificate is immediately available. Certificates are released only after all assessment, quality-assurance, identity, document and financial requirements are complete and the certificate has been received or authorised for release.
Electronic Certificates
Where available, an electronic certificate may be sent to the registered email address or made available through an approved platform. Availability depends on the programme and certificate issuer.
Hard Copies Outside Jeddah
Hard-copy certificates for addresses outside Jeddah are normally prepared for dispatch within 14 business days after the Center has received the certificate, verified the address and telephone number, received the delivery charge, and cleared all academic and financial requirements.
Delivery Timeline
The 14-business-day period relates to preparation and dispatch by the Center; it is not a guaranteed final-delivery date. Final delivery is estimated or agreed according to destination, courier availability, customs and operational conditions.
Student Responsibility
Students must provide correct details, remain available to the courier and report loss or damage promptly. Redelivery, correction and replacement charges may apply where the Center was not responsible for the issue.
