MEET-ACT
Raise Concerns through a Clear and Fair Process
MEET-ACT welcomes genuine concerns as an opportunity to review services and correct problems. Complaints and academic appeals must be respectful, specific and supported by relevant evidence.
Submit a Complaint
Provide your full name, programme, registration details, issue, dates, supporting evidence and the outcome requested. Complaints should be submitted promptly through.
Academic Appeals
An appeal must rely on a permitted ground such as a procedural irregularity or relevant evidence that could not reasonably have been supplied earlier. Disagreement with academic judgment alone may not be valid.
Legal Representation
A student may obtain legal advice. A representative must provide identity, professional details and written authority. Administrative fulfilment may continue while formal legal correspondence is routed appropriately.
Not sure which route fits you?
